And if you’re wondering what to wear, what to bring, whether you need to know anything about your skin beforehand, or what you're supposed to say when your esthetician asks, “What are your skin goals?”... relax.

You don't have to know what to book. That's our job.

Before Your Appointment

Come as you are. You don't need to arrive with a perfect skincare routine or a list of every product you've ever used. We’ll ask about your skin, your goals, your routine, and what you've been noticing lately.

And yes, you can tell us you have no idea what's going on with your skin. We hear that one a lot!

When You Arrive

Your first visit is about more than jumping straight into a treatment. We want to get to know you and your skin.

We'll talk through your concerns and what you'd like to improve, then your esthetician will take a closer look at your skin and make recommendations based on what they see.

Your skin doesn't have to fit into a preset category. Your treatment should fit your skin.

During Your Facial

Once we have a plan, it's time to relax.

Your facial may include customized cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, massage, targeted treatments, or advanced technology depending on what your skin needs.

And yes, there's plenty of time to enjoy the experience, too. Warm towels. Aromatherapy. Comfortable surroundings. A little quiet time.

You might even fall asleep. We won't judge. 😉

What Should You Bring?

Honestly?

You.

If you have a current skincare routine, it can be helpful to know what products you're using. But don't worry if you can't remember the name of every serum in your bathroom. We'll help you sort through it.

What Happens After?

Your esthetician will talk with you about what they noticed, what they recommend, and what makes sense for your skin moving forward.

Sometimes that's another facial. Sometimes it's a different treatment. Sometimes it's a few simple changes at home. And sometimes your skin needs a more intentional plan.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
